About Ace

Ace is a Certified Raw Gourmet Chef & Instructor and Certified Educator in the Science and Benefits of Raw Food Nutrition, trained and educated at Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California. Ace is also certified in the Living Foods Lifestyle Total Well-Being Education from the Dr. Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute in Puerto Rico. She has completed the 'Living on Live Food' Certification from Alissa Cohen and has also trained at Grezzo Restaurant in Boston with Chef Leah J Dubois.

 

"My journey to living a healthy lifestyle has been my passion since my teenage years. I used to follow the guidance of the classical “Food Pyramid” that I was taught in school, however it failed to work for me and did not nourish my body at all. On the contrary, I started to suffer severe problems with my health. Intuitively I knew it was related to the food that I was eating. The healing power of Living foods has given me the ability to heal myself and attain optimal health.

Today I eat a vegetarian diet, predominately Raw and Vegan, including about 80% Living Foods. My changes came naturally, gradually and intuitively, through being open and allowing. Throughout my journey I have met people who have suffered from various illness and disease such as: Asthma, Candida, Cancer, Constipation, Colitis, Depression, Diabetes Type 2, Eczema, Chronic fatigue, Obesity, Allergies and many more. I have always been inspired to hear their stories of how they were able to heal themselves as I did, with the help of Living Foods."
